  • This is the Backing Track for Lead Guitar and Vocals of “Sunshine of your Love" by Cream.
Sunshine of your Love was written by Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton and Pete Brown, using a bass-riff Bruce came up with after attending a Jimi Hendrix concert. The song was released for Cream’s second album Disraeli Gears in 1967 and became one of the most successful and best known songs by the group.
The song is in Standard Tuning.
I hope you enjoy it and have a blast playing along!

Why is someone singing if there is no vocals

  • @marcin-borys-borkowski7851

    It's getting near dawn
When lights close their tired eyes
I'll soon be with you my love
    Give you my dawn surprise
I'll be with you darling soon
I'll be with you when the stars start falling
    I've been waiting so long
    To be where I'm going
In the sunshine of your love
    I'm with you my love
The light's shining through on you
Yes, I'm with you my love
It's the morning and just we two
I'll stay with you darling now
I'll stay with you 'til my seas are dried up
    I've been waiting so long
    To be where I'm going
In the sunshine of your love
    I'm with you my love
The light's shining through on you
Yes, I'm with you my love
It's the morning and just we two
I'll stay with you darling now
I'll stay with you 'til my seas are dried up
    I've been waiting so long
    I've been waiting so long
    I've been waiting so long
    To be where I'm going
In the sunshine of your love

Hi Flynn! The idea is that you play along on guitar, and the backing track is like your band. Cheers!

I thought this was exactly what I was looking for...a backing track without vocals, so I can sing and play live. I wouldn't mind the harmony vocal being on it in the chorus, except it's a CRAP vocal completely out of tune!!!!
