I'm not sure if Joe used the budget entrusted to him to buy inferior materials or he wasn't focused on supervising the work, did other things and as we know if you leave a carpenter for 15 minutes he'd or they'd start doing deviating from the plan, usually. @@enigma5014 The clue could be (I'm guessing) the last video with him at Tagaytay was 10 months ago & then 9 months ago was the botched renovation of Basel's house (his personal one) wherein Joe was the foreman. I'm not sure if Joe used the budget entrusted to him to buy inferior materials or he wasn't focused on supervising the work, did other things and as we know if you leave a carpenter for 15 minutes he'd or they'd start doing deviating from the plan, usually. The clue is the 'I Have Problems in Our New House' video in the 'Hungry Syrian Vlogs'.
