I don't know why they didn't introduce that kinda humor in the main series, they should add moments like these to the actual anime instead of just making bonus scenes.
Maybe because this is supposed to be an apocalyptical anime about the end of humanity and this kind of humor doesn't fit in the more serious story-line?

Therefore they are born human and demon and their existence is to be use as a lap rat for the being that is trying to steal Shinoa body. Of course it went after Mahiru first and she ended up dying to protect Shinoa from it as a child.
The power of a housewife must never be underestimated. It's also one of the best jobs a woman could get. Seriously imagine the man you love paying you to take care of your home, children, and yourself. It's a real gift to have a housewife.

Every once in a while shows will come with blu-ray specials like this. It isn't common and wasn't back when Owari no Seraph aired. It's more along the lines of how popular the source material was and some times a combination of that and Blu-ray sales of the show as it was airing.
Someone explain why there are so many gurren shinoa shippers. The anime never really hinted at them even being slightly interested in each other romantically or otherwise. If anything the anime only hinted at shinoa and Yu being a possible ship. I don't understand where this ship came from...
it's pretty much a fanfic interpretation of their interactions in the spin off / prequel, in that they talk various times and how much and how he cares about her because he felt guilty for mahirut death but in the end it's pretty much fanfic type of logic because in the spin off they explicitly explain you how much he loves mahiru , there are ever estrange ships in the fandom the most strange that i see whas mika x shinoa
I recomend that you go read the manga once you have finnished the show. The anime ended a few years ago, as for the manga it keep going but at a slow pace. Also the state of the world is not really explain in the serie so you need to read the prequel to understand a little better.
