@@DoctorAnne haha yeah it's a bit spicy tasting and it has kind of a perfume eroma to it, so it's definitely not everyone's favorite of the teas, but I'm ok with it because it seems to help me stay focused & awake when I'm feeling really tired 😴 haha .. anyways I love all your videos there very interesting. ✌️🙏🌻🍵
@@DoctorAnne Awe.. well thats no fun, I guess too much of a good thing can end up becoming a problem if done repeatedly for the same purpose.. or maybe just the memory of being sick triggers you in a bad way if you taste and smell it .. idk🤷♂️ but hopefully you found a few different ways to relieve your motion sickness that works for ya because motion sickness can be harsh✌️🙏🤗
I drink green tea 🍵 every day and when I'm done getting a few tea cups out of the tea bags, I let them cool down a bit and then place them on my eye lids.. 👀 I find it very soothing ..so I amagine that certain teas could possibly have Incredible benefits and tightening effect as well as some kind of medicinal purpose, the eye creams are interesting and could possibly be very helpful to some people.. if they dont mind a bit fragrance.. That is one of the first DIY skincare things I did as a teen - tea bags on my eyes. I am not sure it helped anything back then (which skincare issues around the eyes does a teenager have), but I felt very grownup!

Thanl you Dr Anne! I also start every day with a nice cup of tea. Usually black Ceylon to have a small caffeine boost. And camomile in the evening to relax. Never thought of the possibility of tea skincare but it does make a lot of sense... Anti oxidants, hydration, caffeine... I might give this eye cream a try. What are your favourite tea choices (as a drink haha)? ❤
I am a huge fan of Earl Grey (I know, it is controversial, but I love the bergamot aroma) and if that isn't available, English breakfast. I also like green tea with some fruity bits in it (but not the citrus version). Not a fan of most herbal teas though - good thing I am resistant to caffeine by now and can drink it right up to my bed time.
We're trying to find the Kombucha drink here in Uk. Its really hard once you are in stores to find. It says its there online. Pff Thankyou for this xxx ❤❤❤

@@foltz-artI used to be served it when I got naseous from motion sickness, so now whenever I taste or smell it, I feel sick.

They are really nice, just quite expensive.

That depends on your personal preference. I personally prefer LRP UVMune 400 or Heliocare over the others.
