@@Skelly_22_i don't think either party is going to answer. So much for andro corp being responsive to their customers. BUT, i believe the generic answer is yes. You should clean and lube any new pew b4 taking it for a test drive.

I looked - searched & could not find it. Went to your site. Could not find it there either. Am I missing something? I would greatly like to view this. Are all BCGs the same so that I can refer to any video on such topic?
If it is 8 inches it is a pistol not a rifle. All AR-15s made in the last 25 years are chambered in 5.56x45 which also can fire the lower pressure 223 Remington. your pistol is chambered in 5.56 as is written on the barrel, not 223. again, it is safe to fire both in any modern ar that isn't in another caliber like 390 blackout
