I never thought about toning a synthetic unit. more affordable than getting human hair unit, especially as i dont wear wigs that often these days.
Idk how long you let it sit but I did this to mine and got the silver color but it literally turned back blonde in 2 days. Thankfully it was a toned down blonde but long term I don’t think this works .
