Yes, I wish that all dollar stores had such a selection, but at the very least I try to demonstrate that it is indeed possible to create balloon columns for pennies on the dollar - if you can find a good location. I am a bit hopeful for the situation, however, as it seems there are many more folks than even I expected who were able to locate what is needed to build this decoration, and I've noticed more and more stores carrying more and better balloon stock these last few years. I like the ribbon tie method. The balloons are compact and bouncy! Cute! Did you put the water in the inside round? Good idea for a weight - and, as if that wasn't enough - the balloon columns floating in the fountain made me laugh. Cuteness overload!
