- My diary entry following the Mind Body Spirit Festival 2024 in London. This is a festival I've been to every year for around 12 or 13 years - it has always been transformational to my life so I thank all the organisers and all the amazing people I met this year and over the years.

Thanks Aarti! Yeah it feels like a new stage of growth for me which is good. MBS doesn't seem to serve for growth anymore necessarily but still great for community. Yes look forward to reading Power of Now!
@@RafiesMeditations levelling up! Also - a few hours after watching this video, I ended up at a Pranic healing event. And the healer who did a session on me used one of the clear crystals, very much like the one you showed! It was a nice synchronicity for me
