My last week in hospital recovering from my heart attack and your dune videos and dune live streams have been amazing to pass the time. It's like the walking dead here total chaos. Thank you Turin.
Great game, super fun to watch as always. Your ongoing commentary is great and showcases how well you play this game that you're able to continue the steady stream of explaining what you're doing while playing. One minor comment I would add for Fremen is: Don't sleep on Sand Brotherhood (Eco tech 3-2) - Gives +1% Solari production per allied Sietch - so +7% if maxed. - Gives +10% all production in or adjacent to an allied Sietch region - incredibly valuable if you have favorable Sietch spawn locations. - Unlocks Bazaar main base building, which cannot be built in a Sietch. Baazar - Counts as all 3 techs for the purposes of matching bonuses. So you can have 2 military + Bazaar and receive the 3 red bonus. - Gives +10 Solari per active trade with a Sietch - Gives +2 Water per active trade with a Sietch I've been really leaning towards 4 red + Bazaar in main base, for attack speed and health, and then filling out the other techs from building in the Sietches. With a good water start and Stilgar, you can start allying all the Sietches immediately and really kick off your economy game with early Sand Brotherhood + Fremen Solidarity. Also, you can just break off the trade with the Sietch once allied if it's something you don't need and water is tight. Native Customs (Exp 2-3) is another good one for Sietch / Heg play (and combo's well with Outpost Logistics right below it): - Gives +20% authority from agents on Arrakis. - Gives -30% authority cost to annex villages in regions with revealed Sietches.
This was SO FUN!!!! Please play more Fremen. They are your faction for sure. It's your chaotic playstyle. On a side note: you forgot to build the main base hegemony boon building didn't you? And you won anyway. LOL Another side note: Atreides player must got PTSD after all that bullying.
I noticed a neat little trick for Harkonnen. There is a village trait that gives 20 Solari per unit dying in your territory, right? Well, that applies to all your villages. So if you build an Investment Office to double that trait, you get 30 Solari extra when you kill Rebels! That's pretty sweet. You also get money when your own militia die, which is very Harkonnen :D
@@LucasVieira-fr9cu You mean Morbid Climax? Well, after the effect wears off the Trooper dies and you get your money, but you need to be in owned territory
that rally point xD.... aaaaahaahah "so we get the rally point setup here" just after 4 military units died at that rally point... I cant.. xD LOVE THE DUNE CONTECT btw
54:30 I shared this bit with the voice actor of the Fremen Warrior and his response was "I didn't say it like that!" :P Anyway, I appreciate the game play, entertaining as always.
Otheym, second hero, just to be clear, can give his active ability buff to 8 fedaykin squards if all of them are strongest units nearby. In other words, 20% damage to the army, which consist from one of the strongest melee specialists in the game. It can be very powerful doomstack vs ground units
gg Turin! I underestimated the early army of Fremen and thought I could just peace with Jessica but didn't expect the Harkonnen betrayal! (Lore accurate roleplay) was irrelevant the rest of the game with no income so buildings burn down and could never rebuild an army. New Corrino player was super passive unfortunately and didn't take full advantage of my "distraction"
When I first played foxhole as a regiment member it was during like a 6 war lose streak. Roberts right in that during factional losses its worth enjoying the act of snatching small victories from the jaws of defeat. Successful operations, Desparate last stands where the defenders punch above their weight, Completed auxillary goals. Not only does this make the game more fun, This mindset also lends itself towards broader victory.
That was an awesome game. Love the Fremen. They’re the first faction I learned. I’ve been wondering if mass Infiltrators with Chani would be viable. Just harassing a bunch with groups of stealthy infiltrators sounds fun!
Unseat Rabban, the Harkonnen beast, and remake our world into a place where we may raise our families on happiness amidst an abundance of water,-- is this our goal?
I may just be dumb, but doesn't the traitor status actually INCREASE your dmg against the faction you betrayed? Element of surprise and all that, the Atreides died in the dark as well
Hello I am pretty new to the game and so far I only know how to play a little bit of atreides. So I decided to try out multiplayer and atreides was picked so I was like huh fuck it lets pick fremen and see how that faction works. It felt overwhelming. I kept losing all my units half of them got eaten by a worm that does not leave my units the fuck alone and about the other half they died of thirst and gradually I became weaker compared to rivals so I got tilted and went afk rest of the game. However, I saw one of your fremen game 2 months ago and thought it was pretty cool but it was before update I think so it felt different now I will see how to play correctly thanks to you!
Dune tournament prize pool idea: Make the prize based on HOW they win. So like... Hegemony victory: $25 Choam victory: $35 Governorship: $50 Total annellation: $100 Nuke used: +$5 Successful assassination: +$5 Thoughts? (amounts can be changed)
Not every faction is viable for every wincon. With an idea like this, everyone would just attempt to slog it out trying to kill bases rather then going for any other win con, not to mention just dropping nuke after nuke after nuke to get the prize pool as high as possible. Another point is that the prize pool is the prize pool because that is what can be afforded to pay out for the win. Add a scaling pool like this and it becomes much much much more expensive. At the end of the day, its a nice idea to try and reward "harder" win-cons, but all it will really do is make the games less fun to play and less fun to watch. Trying to win the game by any means necessary is interesting, we get to see many different strategies get used. Having a "correct" way to win ends that and heavily heavily heavily favors the factions that excel at that form win-con.

Damn! That sucks mate. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
@@kdog3908thanks I can't wait to play again I come out this weekend. Definitely in the mood to play fremen now.
I hope you recover very soon
All the best man, wish you a speedy recovery!
Get well soon, my fellow dune lover and human being!!
Everyone loves the Fremen games, they're always the crowd favorite! I am loving the stealth playstyle.
Yes Daev I wanna see more of this chaotic action!
Yes sir blood for the blood god skulls for skull throne 🔥🔥
Bless the maker 🙏
As it has been written
Why does nobody play them? I basically never see them in yall's matches unless you're playing them

I was a friend of Jamus.
Loving the Dune content. And the Fremen games.
I love how after all these months, Turin's biggest weakness is still... looking at the Spice tax every now and then

No he built that but in a sietch.

Oh, this trait works for all your villages? Didn't know that. It changes things... Thanks!

Love it!
Synergy with sietches is crazy cool.
Bro when you are allied with sietch you can heal your troops when you stay right near them you don’t need to go back to your base to heal 😁
Ty!! Didn't know that!
I just watched this and there were too many moments where he was like... oh no I'm running out of water... But standing right next to a seitch

The Atreides will be sandwiched in the dark.
The Fremen honestly seem super cool, and unique
Seeing what you did to Leto, I now understand why I've been bodied by the Frem early in a few past games. Everything in that kit works...
There was one village you pillaged that had sucky traits. But, it had 5 wind. I think that was worth a take as the Fremen. Water is life...
Yes!

You can heal and resupply near allied sieches. Really helpful when you are on liberating pub crawl.
Yes!
I came to Turin for Total War: Warhammer III, but I’m loving the Dune: Spice Wars!
This is a great game thanks for covering it! Great vids Turin
You get supply near sieges so you can resuply and heal near them even in enemy teritory
so stop running back home when you push the enemy
When Turin gets down & dirty on the spicey sand planet, I watch. Thanks for the stream big T!
Absolutely amazing game! This is why I enjoy playing Fremen, I have fun in the games even when I am losing.
Great watching this. Allied Sietches replenish supply and unit health btw.
Lesson learned!

I think so!
Unseat Rabban, the Harkonnen beast, and remake our world into a place where we may raise our families on happiness amidst an abundance of water,-- is this our goal?
That was some savage slapping you handed out to all parties.
GG! Was my first game as the emperor, way to passive sadly.
GG!
A fremen camp act as a base that you can heal up and resupply
I think it would be really cool to see a 2v2 game i can think of so many cool ways to play different factions together
It kills my soul to hear you still saying "Feh-Day-Kin." lol
U can heal your units in your reinforments zones from the sietches
Turin you can heal your units in Allied Sietchs
Also Turin allocate the ornithopters to the harvesters to increase efficiency. 1:03:53

Love to see dune. Keep it up.
@Turin the higher tier units isn't 10,000 now not sure if it's 5 or 7 but in that range
GG! Here for all the dune games!
Choam fremen is the optimal way to go and you can't convince me otherwise
The spice must flow!
I love the aggressive gameplay
Fremen look cool!
Whoa !! GG ; nice game !
nice play! :)

No
Harkonen won last tournament by total anillation and it wasn't very "wow" ^^
And in this game all win conditions are equally atteignable, so it doesn't really make sense
@@niconilo97 that was an awesome game! Huge comeback!
