The battle between upper Hill, westlands, kilimani and CBD is high but i think these estates are bound to win against CBD. Remember Eastleigh were money is will soon have such skyscrapers after the government give it an okay. The Eastleigh airbase is the one that had limited eastleigh skyline to around 15 floors
