And let me tell you a fun fact. HR monitoring is better if not same on mi band 6 and galaxy watch 4. Yup surprising I know. I am not saying mi band is better than galaxy watches but yes they are good and not a scam.
I feel those smart watches who gives you a warning sign to wear it properly and don't even work if you dnt wear it properly does have a proper tracking sensors like spo2 ,heart rate etc
Actually usme bhi bohot "ghapla" hai... It's like 10+10 in copy white labeled watches ko itna pata hai kuch positive number hi hoga. Utna to detect kar lenge. In the name of bharosa. The only margins on which on you can trust is the reputation, certifications from organizations and big well known companies like Samsung, Apple, Amaze fit, OnePlus, Mi, Huwai -etc. The brands who make & devolop their own watches instead of just white labeling from China. Brands who spend in R&D.

My S21 FE got the first green line after the Jan 2024 update.The line appeared while I was using the phone.The line initialy appeared thin and within 2 seconds got wider.Since then the lines have been increasing every month.I went to the service centre and asked them to create a job sheet as I was sure my phone does not have any physical or water damange to which even the service centre officials also agreed.The officials at the service centre mentioned that we need to repeatedly call the customer care and ask for free replacement and be adamant about it .Post this I have contacted the customer care multiple times and explained the situation.They are still saying there is no policy for free replacement with respect to S21 FE model outside waranty period as Samsung has not yet acknowleged this as an issue. My phone is only 1.5 year old and hardware in perfect conditon.I am now reluctant to purchase any samsung phone as even the flagship phones are experiencing the same green line issue.
Truly a great information shared by Technical Guruji this is an acutal issue !!! Because there are so many different companies with fake names and branding.

I have fireboltt not to for tracking my health just brought the watch for call feature and amoled display I haven't used it for tracking health or for gym and light stroll I use only Samsung watch 5 which pairs well with my S23 ultra. And I now use only that occasionally I use Fireboltt when I go for movie for chillout with my friends

Koi bhi fitness aur tracking ke liye budget smartwatches nahi le rha, itne pagal nahi hai log ke 1500 ki watch ke heart rate monitoring aur blood oxygen level pe vishwaas kare. We use this just for basic functions like notifications call etc
Itne ke liye hum 10k 20k ki smartwatch nahi lenge. Ek watch pe hazaro rupay kharch karna pagalpan hai. I'll always prefer firebolt over Samsung or Apple watches.

If anyone wants to buy cheap watches go for Fastrack smartwatches, your disappointment level will be lower! 😁 . But i have seen Titan smart watches, why those are so expensive at the same time providing only basic watches.
I have one question to the people for these big brands that who knows if there watches also giving the accurate results or not.
I mean Why should a person trust these watches for there body fitness or health. If he/she need to know about there health, they should go to the labs and doctors for accurate check-up.
After having these much expensive watches on your wrist if you still go to labs for check-ups. There is no point buys these stuffs rather they should invest in master piece of time, the original watch which can so you time also looks good and enhance your whole look.
