Why Hamas Terrorists Attacked Israel - Nova Festival

On the 8th of October 2023 Hamas Muslim Terrorists flew into Israel and mass murdered hundreds of Jews who were attending a festival (The Nova Festival) situated in a rural farmland area near the Gaza-Israel border.
The festival was brought to a sudden end when philistines (Palestinians) committed a terror attack (Hamas) on innocent Jewish civilians.
The reason for why Hamas did this was purely because of evil; the teachings of Islam command Muslims to slaughter Jews.
But the question is: why did God allow Jews to be attacked?
