The fact that Major Kazama can't hide info from Yakumo if he ask for it. Also I'm sure Yakumo knows tatsuya was there. I remember when he was discussing in S1 about it would be better concealing your presence not extinguish it totally. 🤔
Normally room assignements in the hotel are boy and boy then girl and girl. Coincidentally miyuki is partnered with kanon while tatsuya is partnered with isori. So on paper that is the partnering but they obviously would do some switcheroo.
What ayako did in the new joiners mirage bat is a her watered down version of her magic mock teleportation.
Shippou takuma got his a** handed to him by fumiya which i wish they did a bit more.
Miyuki has two ways to stop Tatsuya. (1) If she lands cocytus on Tatsuya, it's over for him (2) increase the magic that oath takes from her to maintain pledge. Neither one of them would be able to cast magic. Meaning neither of them would be able to temporarily release oath or pledge.
I'm not sure why they decided to have Tatsuya eavesdrop like that. While he did eavesdrop, he was no where nearby and eavesdrop by reading the conversation through the idea dimension.

the monolith code part is still one of my favorites of the show
I dont think we need another skills showcasing here since most of the important characters are already introduced in S1. The focus of this season is more on the plot now.
Nsc events in this season is not the main event, but mainly the steeple chase. So them skipping it kinda follows what happen in light novel, they just gave some info on it.
@@ws8261 it was my favorite arc of the first season, so i wish we would have seen more competitions in s3..
