At 1:42 the rear door opens towards the back, like in a London Black Cab.
So to open it, your right hand grabs the handle and pulls it towards you.
Meanwhile you have to lean forwards and push the door out with your left hand.
Counter-intuitive, when we normally pull the handle with the right hand and simultaneously
push with the right arm, all one flowing movement. Of course the RR designers assumed
a servant will open the door for you, from the outside.
