Agreed, It's probably diabetes or metabolic syndrome x and given the lifestyle, obesity and type of food they eat daily it would not be a huge surprise. That said as entertainment and content creators they are amazing and addictive. Just hope the family is little more concious of their food habits and go easy on eating so much food from outside that is fried and laden with sugar or even cut down their oil consumption when it comes to cooking at home. No hate, just the opposite - a caring fan.
