Hope you get in soon. They can get kinda slow sometimes. Last time i was there i waited 14 days without food or water, but they kinda forgot me, so i got a coffee mag and a tote bag for 15$.
I'm sure once management realizes their mistake this will all be cleared up. I'll be sure to let them know that they also forced a subscriber to the channel to go without food or water for 2 weeks. I should be able to get you another mug and tote bag for half off, hopefully...
