I use extra virgin olive oil on my nails and it works a treat. I am on epilepsy tablets which affects biotin levels. I have biotin supplements which have helped my hair as hair issues are a side effect of epilepsy medication, a result of the aforementioned biotin. Those supplements have helped my nails. I try to drink lots of water, it does become a habit.

I know. Important to drink water. Sometimes it’s difficult to remember but when life gets too busy I put a reminder to drink every few hours.
