- The sixth annual KTM Australia Adventure Rallye: High Country - originally scheduled for late 2022 and postponed due to flooding - took place in February 2023, and saw 150 KTM Adventurers embark on five days and 1500km of epic riding from Lake Hume through Mansfield, Bright, Dargo and Dinner Plain.
The ORANGE adventure experience had it all - amazing tracks, friendly overnight destinations and the unique camaraderie and adventure community spirit that only a KTM Adventure Rallye can bring.

Adam has made a Tenere 7 his second Warhorse so the KTM has dropped the reins 😂

One day, I will do one of these rallies. Pity no other Manufacturers organise these kinds of rides. I did a BMW rally, but that was rd and gravel. A tiny bit of off road - but they didn't let you do it without the right tyres. Still, at least they let me ride with my Honda.

How we can get to this
Seems the Aus and NZ rallies are the only 5 day ones still. Part of the reason I haven't bothered with the European one is that it's only 3 days. The other is KTM require you to have fully comp insurance, which isn't something that is common in some countries and won't cover you in such an event anyway, so it's a bit weird. p.s. too bad you didn't have Adam filming and riding, but nice to see the 2-up couple back. I also found the 890 handles the rough stuff with a pillion pretty damn well.
