This build turned out insane!!! You’ve done a crazy good job on it. 3 months is actually a crazy turnaround time for a build like this That HOA moment guy is “on your side” but the one complaining lol. He could’ve just minded his own business. Sounds like his Corvette is a garage queen to me lol.

I'd try some radiator braces to get the gap out. The only other thing it could be is the seat frame is bent down just a little bit. Either way nice bike
The white grips look insane with everything else wish I could win it the only thing is the seat cover is a little off color but it’s still looks amazing
I did the same restyle kit on my 2007 cr250. I have works connection radiator braces and they really help to bring the radiator into the correct position and eliminate the gap. Awesome build!

Yeah man Sean is a beast when it come to designing graphics. Extremely easy to deal with and all around a good dude. Quality work and great customer support
Nice, but when installing grips, you need to put the glue inside the grip ! Use an old toothbrush and dip it in a puddle of grip glue and go inside the grip all the way in, and spin the brush all the way around the grip inside. Dip it again and put a light thin coat on the bar. Make a sliver cut at the end of the grip to let air escape as you slide the grip on. Position it, wait a few minutes and wire it in 3 spots. It will never ever move until they wear out, guaranteed ! 😊
I have no issues with grips ever moving using this method! And I don't like to put it in the grip on the throttle tube side because it can make the tube stick.
@@KincadePavich if you put glue only on the bars, when you slid the grip on, most of the glue gets wiped away up the bar to the end at the opening. Never had a throttle tube stick. Go in 3/4 of the way on throttle side.
Was running in my New YZ400 years back took it in my works van that was sign written and my bike van was in the shop getting a new cam belt and some one reported me to my company boss near cost me my job.
I do 3 full heat cycles while giving small revs as it warms up. Let it warm up completely and then cool down completely. Check spark plug and verify jetting. Then go easy on it for the first 15-20 mins riding.
I spray a super small amount of contact or brake cleaner on the bar. If you use too much, it will eat the grip. Slide them on, then it will evaporate under the grip and the glue will set. Takes a couple hours sometimes but will always work!

Man since I moved to California I forgot about HOAs!😂 so nobody gets mad when I have to ride up and down the street trying to tune it

That pro taper grip glue hardens in 5 seconds, when my grips are on halfway. How the hell do you slide them on like that?
