I complained the labor department regarding my 06 month pending salary on may 06 in 2024 and it's closed after two hearings on 16 may unsettled.they were ok to pay 03months salary but refused to give the noc so I refused to take it.On 19 may company has put me a runaway case I got the message and I went to cid office on yesterday and they ask me to come back after week on the same day I received another message from moi.company also gave me a noc letter on January asking me to change coz they were afraid that I will go to labor at that time I submitted the original noc to cid office.i am still under there sponsorship no termination and my id is valid till July 2024.please guide me on this.i have watched this video and it motivates me and gave me more strength to fight for my rights.please help me on this.
Hi, you in the right state once the Cid removes tye run away case kindly change your sponsorship as soon as the next day to avoid alot of issues
Hello Rose thanks, I won the case but now i haven't reported to CID office because i don't have ID at for 15 month, i want to first finish the labor complain

Yes It was telling me to report to the verdict execution department then I went up to the count day

Why are you going to cid
How many days it's usually takes from message receiving untill finalization of court decision
They tell you to.go back after one week
@@rosenjenga i have same case of runaway they give me a paper to explain about the case I take that paper and submitted it after writing details to cid by yesterday now what will be next and in total how many days this case had taken when you was dealing with that

Hi Annet stay in the accommodation and make sure you go to the court case date as instructed and explain yourself to the judge
@@rosenjenga good afternoon my sis after my visa expired and I started the overstay he terminated me and he gave me 20 days to book for me the ticket and he never wanted to pay me and he asked for my original passport when I refused to give it to him he opened a runaway case on me but i have never followed because I was afraid to go to CID until I watched your video thank you dear I don't have I'd when I go where should I start from my sister because I don't want to go home now without money
@@AnnBlessed-gv2kh hey sweetie what you should do is go to Cid and follow up you case you’ll be give an allowance to pay a fine that’s all and then they will give you some documents to allow to go change your sponsorship to another company and they will renew your id

And the company is sending girls back home and I don't want to go home
