The way the Air India Manager behaved shows great level of patience and temperament , marks of a good Manager, whereas the passengers showed that they belong to cattle class mentality. Flights get delayed, cancelled, appropriate compensation is always provided . Many things are not in the hands of ground staff.
Put these passengers on a no fly list for shouting, screaming and intimidating staff. It is standard practice the world over. This isn't a local bus stand.
