Basically Canada stopped General Draw. This important information is highly important to understand, as the situation won't be changed much. 60% goes to Target Draws 40 % goes to General but within General 25% goes to PNP and only 15% to "General" That's why CRS score for General Draw won't drop below 520

Hi , actually high crs cutt off for general draws and taking less number of people, it would create positive impact on category based draws right . If IRCC stabilize high 500s CRS cutt off for general draws , crs cutt off for category based draws may go even low as 200 I guess .

heavy influx taxing the health care system and all of that it should have been more a tapered influx over many years even earlier than this so second generations have a chance to contribute substantially to tax base. Too much too soon does not work it only causes chaos in housing and everything else.

The Canadian birth rate is 1.43 per couple. If the birth rate is 2.1 then the population is stable. Lower than that means declining population. So Canada needs immigrants to increase its population and boost it's economy

The Canadian situation is quite bad. Earlier, i used to think it's only the people who move to Canada from US are frustrated, but now even people who move from india to Canada are frustrated.
I know 6 people (myself included), 2 Chinese, 3 Indians and 1 from Korea. 5 of us have lived for 5 to 10 yeard in US. All of us are just counting days for our citizenship and then leave. The Korean guy has no other option than to wait as he does not have H1 unlike us, and has to wait till TN. Although he is trying for L1B internally.
Canada is a joke. I know PhD graduates with 5 years of expeirence making 120K CAD while rent is 2100 CAD per month for 1 BHK. Car insurande can vary from 200 to 400 CAD per month.
In 2012, when i started my career in US i was getting 110K USD of base and 2 BHK that i shared was for 1300 USD and 1 BHK for 1100 USD. Car insurance of 95 USD per month which came to 45 USD in 2018.

What happens when Trump comes in as president and kick you all out?
Even with H1 visa, since your birth place is India, how long you have to wait till green card. There is no guarantee that you may not be kicked out before that. If you are so smart why you have to wait for Canadian citizenship? Straight go to US. Why not?

If every Tom, Dick, and Harry from India would be default arrive at Toronto, then yeah, keep paying high and cry for everything.
There's something called, doing something different by moving to places such as Manitoba, Alberta, PEI, and many other places. But yeah, every Indian would by default want to go only to Toronto/Brampton.
Keep paying higher and fight for jobs. Indians - Brampton only.
