Rental properties have ruined many good neighborhoods..Once family owned housing where neighbors mingled and everyone knew their neighbors and helped each other..i don't even bother anymore ..Renters will come in and not do anything positive..they park on the grass..blast music..move their relatives in..changing quiet areas into screaming kids throwing candy wrappers and garbage unto neighbors properties..As long as the landlord gets that rent he could care less..Landlords should be held liable in court to surrounding home owners who's property values have suffered because they fail to be responsible for who they rent to..
