Hi guys, congratulations on the birth of your baby twins! I'm so happy I found your channel a while back and got to watch you guys grow! You both are doing amazing as first time parents and for having twins! I don't want to feel like I'm telling you what to do or being rude in any way! I just want to let you know a few things I learned as a mom of 6! Lol but as for night time if one is sleeping and one awake I would let them sleep! He will wake when he is hungry don't worry about that! Lol but I found it help to make all my kids end up sleeping through the night when they were just young but so many people are always saying they can't get their babies to sleep during the night! That's exhausting even with 1 baby! ;) So I would let him sleep and maybe they will start sleeping through the night early and you can finally rest! Haha 1 other thing I wanted to mention but not trying to offend you cause I could be totally wrong but when I hear the boys drinking I hear one of them always like clucking every time he sucks to get a drink and that means he isn't latches right usually and if that is the case that baby will probably have more gas than the other! Unless it was both! Lol
You're doing a wonderful job. I was a nanny for neonate triplets and know what it's like to feed one at a time the moment they begin to stir.
Men's mess is enough to drive me crazy.
Ell, I was on my own with my pair (it was 40+ years ago) but I used to swear blind by bouncy chairs. You can feed them both at once. As for winding, one over your legs and one over your shoulder to burp both at once. You are doing great!

I would definitely love to see how you do the evening shift! I think you're doing a fantastic job with the babies on your own! I agree with you both on dropping the one feed, you just need to gauge what the boys want and if you noticed they are not wanting to feed at half past 5 then skip it, they will definitely let you know when they decide their hungry! The boys are getting so big. They have grown so much. I love how Noah have a conversation with Dad...his little smile is priceless. Mom, enjoy the moments whenever Ari sleeps while Noah is awake. Perhaps he's giving you a break...look at it as a blessing while one sleeps and the other eats. They're absolutely adorable and growing fast. My mum had twin sisters on her own, she would feed one, then wake the other and get them into a routine of one is fed first and then the other. Itâs hard but it does work.

Aww theyâve grown so much! Youâre both doing amazing â€This all takes me back to when my 11 month old was smaller đ„ș. The early days are hard but treasure all the moments, cuddles etc as it really will start to fly by x

This brings back so many memories. The colic/reflux days with twins are hell but it doesnât last long and will soon be a distant memory. I would love to tell you it gets easier but there are just different challenges my two are 20 months now and running circles around me everyday. Literally.
Wish they had them pillows when I had my rwimlns 25 years ago. We used to have to feed ours with both sat between our legs on floor. As ours always fed at the same time. The boys are soo cute. X

When my twins were babies, we put the bottles in the dishwasher. Yes itâs probably not recommended but it saved much needed time, and theyâre going in the steriliser after so should be fine. When youâre on your own try some white noise (app) for the baby waiting to feed, was a life saver for me when they are too little to master feeding both x

I LOVE watching your videos and seeing the boys .You and Fab are doing such a wonderful job in their early months which are never easy with one baby let alone two! Really enjoy how realistic you are ( loved the comment - I live with a man - why are your dishes in the sink when the dishwasher is right here!) We have all been there and said that as well.......Stay happy and well and catch sleep when you can!

Hello fab and ell. And boys. Omg the twins are soooo adorableâ€ïžâ€ïž. I have twins in my family I have two children of my own. But a few years ago I baby sat my niece's twins I had one foot on the bouncer keeping one twin quiet and other one holding rocking him. I take my hat of to you both it was a handful. But same time I loved it thankyou so much for sharing. Loved the video đđ€đđ

I feel your pain with how fast they outgrow their clothes! My 5 month old just went into 12-18 months clothes đł I've found there's a lot of difference in the brands though, I used to go by the weight on the tag as they are different for example Asda ran quite small in 0-3.

Mum guilt is real! I had super mum guilt when I had my second baby and my youngest decided to hate me! Youâre doing your best and please never ever think you are not! They are super happy boys and thatâs all you need â€â€â€

The babies are really growing well. Just trust your instincts about when to feed them. Throw your clock away ( metaphorically) and feed them when they let you know theyâre hungry.

Yes my first twin burps very easily while the second one the tiny one takes forever to burp. Lovely video and you are doing a great job. One of my twins is also double birth weight but the other is close and has gained some. Thank you for the side feeding tip.

My son is a couple of weeks shy of turning 3 and he woke up every single hour of every single night for 2 of those 3 years. And although I was married, it was like being a single parent within the relationship, so I handled having the baby all day and night alone. This last year it has been just my son and I as we left the UK back to my home country, but my son has started sleeping better -due to age I suppose, though he still wakes up twice a night or so. At first I wasn't worried too much about being awake all night as I was diagnosed with severe insomnia when I was younger, but during the night when I couldn't sleep, I at least rested. Now with a child, resting is not possible, so I'm just counting down the days until he is able to manage better on his own with age (at the same time, not wanting to miss his being a little one). Well done on working together as a supportive team and handling being twin parents! The time really does go fast and you'll miss their newborn selves where they crunch up their little legs and give the best snuggles. You're doing a great job!
One thing you could do which helps, is to not change their nappies at the 5.30am feed. Just get them down for another hour or 2. When they are sleeping through the night you wont change their bums...they'll be fine, and will help them go back off to sleep if you dont wake them so much. God bless you, youre both doing brilliantly!
