It's a shame that a player wins because of an injury, not a skill. The result will change if you play full time.
Usually happens because of contact. Injury might be because of Adiwang's kicks to Miado's shin. Miado is a Muay Thai Fighter so he is well used to those kicks. Adiwang might have injured his foot because of those.

He got injured from a blocked kick in round 2 with 3:33 on the clock. They both smile at each other after it bc it caused damage
miado as a professional boxer but adiwang was ahead of the scorecards until the injury strikes

I agree. Lito told him that he was hurt but Miado went for the punch anyway. The ref would've called the match over seeing that Lito was injured. Totally unnecessary and unsportsmanlike behaviour towards a fellow countryman

Good win. The injury couldn’t have happened without earlier kicks. Either defended or inflicted, Miado is partly responsible for it. Miado was competitive, but needed a stoppage to win, as Lito was probably ahead on the score cards.

I'm a big fan of both and watch them fought different opponents and I must say. Miado hold his ground. I watch Adiwang debut and he is scary and super explosive. Miado did a great job going to toe.

Its all about body conditioning. Miado as a Muay Thai fighter has hard shins and legs. Adiwang must have hurt his foot or shin with all those leg kicks to Miado's shins and legs.
