The tune might not sound as good as the original, but her voice sounds exactly like the original voice even after all these years! So nostalgic... If you notice her voice in 1989 it's more of a dark and strong voice, but here her voice is so soft and emotional.
You are so right! And I can NOT even put into words how good this was. In my opinion, it was ten thousand times better than the original tune (except, the background voices were annoying). You said that her voice is softer here than in all her new songs, and I agree. I used to think that her voice was like that in 1989 just because she was older, but obviously I was wrong. That's why she uses a stronger voice in songs like Blank Space or Bad Blood. But for songs like This Love, Clean and You Are In Love, her voice is much more calming and emotional. As we all know, Taylor is not the best singer, and I think that her voice is kind of hoarse in live when she tries the strong tone. So yeah, I would also prefer her to use he soft tone. :)
Oh oops I forgot those songs. Except, I don't have the deluxe version (or whatever it's called) so I have never heard You Are In Love. I can't wait till I get the opportunity to. ok i'm gonna be honest she can't sing that good in concerts ama's vma's etc. cause she's singing while dancing and i've tried singing and dancing the best i can and i can't sing the song i'm singing like taylor but when i'm singing and just sitting or relaxing somewhere it really puts out my best on singing.

I stopped liking Taylor Swift for a while but now I love her music (and her as a person) but this had nothing to do with how society perceived her. I was only roughly 8-10 when I stopped liking her and now I am 16. I have loved her and her music for just over 1 year now. Just like I used to want to be a journalism but then I drifted away from it, and now I'm considering it. Personally I don't think drifting away from someone doesn't mean you aren't a true fan. I like this sort of pop-ish version of her old song, but I LOVE the original. Whenever I see her all I could do is thank the universe for her existence in my life, I never stopped loving her. I never really thought she'd be this famous but I am a proud fan forever. I remember the very first time I knew of her, I was 12 [now I'm 20]it was just during the wee hours when I suddenly woke up then I heard this song on the radio [it was back when I fell asleep listening to the radio] and was caught by the lyrics "Teardrops on my guitar" I decided not to go back to sleep and just listened then immediately told myself that I'll find out about that song and the singer. Since then, I just didn't know she'd be this influential in my life, like she inspired me in so many ways. All my aspirations in music were pushed through because of her. Oh Taylor, I'd really love to spend a day with you someday!

Extremely impressed with this rendition of Love Story. I knew she was a talented musician but I haven't been a big fan of her new stuff. The out of tune tones are so pleasant. And it feels great when she then gets back on it, like the contrast. Very natural and authentic. Even fits the song...disharmony---> harmony. It's just all part of it not saying she does it consciously.

I stopped liking Taylor Swift for a while but now I love her music (and her as a person) but this had nothing to do with how society perceived her. I was only roughly 8-10 when I stopped liking her and now I am 16. I have loved her and her music for just over 1 year now. Just like I used to want to be a journalism but then I drifted away from it, and now I'm considering it. Personally I don't think drifting away from someone doesn't mean you aren't a true fan. What matters is the now. Right now, I am a true fan of hers and I do support her. At least that's what I think.

I personally love Taylor as a person and as an artist. She might not be the best live and people may sometimes not like her voice, but I love her lyrics! I like this sort of pop-ish version of her old song, but I LOVE the original. I'm not going to say that she shouldn't have done a remake of an old song, but I personally like the original better than this.

Whenever I see her all I could do is thank the universe for her existence in my life, I never stopped loving her. I never really thought she'd be this famous but I am a proud fan forever. I remember the very first time I knew of her, I was 12 [now I'm 20]it was just during the wee hours when I suddenly woke up then I heard this song on the radio [it was back when I fell asleep listening to the radio] and was caught by the lyrics "Teardrops on my guitar" I decided not to go back to sleep and just listened then immediately told myself that I'll find out about that song and the singer. Since then, I just didn't know she'd be this influential in my life, like she inspired me in so many ways. All my aspirations in music were pushed through because of her. Oh Taylor, I'd really love to spend a day with you someday!

Extremely impressed with this rendition of Love Story. I knew she was a talented musician but I haven't been a big fan of her new stuff. I thought she had conformed to the big mainstream record label sound and lost her need for actually putting effort into music. But this video changes my perspective of her. Wow, what a voice and this style suits her very well. Bravo
The out of tune tones are so pleasant. And it feels great when she then gets back on it, like the contrast. Very natural and authentic. Even fits the song...disharmony---> harmony. It's just all part of it not saying she does it consciously.
