Screw the look of the Samsung Buds...I want "Excellent Call Quality" & "Better Music Listening Experience" 🤦🏿♂️
Look carefully, both have a transparent lid, the left one just has a cover
Yeah, you can see the Samsung Logo printed on the outside of the case through the lid on the left one
Yeah, and one says "elago" on the front and "Samsung" on the lid. There, like it's transparent! Is elago the original designer from one of these Chinese shows shown on CZcams in recent years? Apple is using one of their designs to make the foldable iPhone! Decade old tech being licensed
I hope Samsung will revert back to their stemless design
If the stem design improves call quality and battery life, I don't mind having them look like Airpods. Airpods pro2 has been crowned as one of the top earbuds of all time for a reason 😊
Samsung needs to step up their game and make some major improvements to their products. These minor updates on the S series phones and Z Fold lineup just aren't cutting it anymore
This is primarily personal preference, but why the hell is every company following Apple's airpods design? I know it's not legally exclusive to them, but the mindshare is. They could've gone with a whole new advanced and unique design, but they went this way. Why?
It just works better. I would assume that's why apple uses samsung screens.
Coming up with a new unique design also takes time and money. Why do that when there already exists a design that you know works, people are already familiar with it, and it eliminates most of the complaints people had with the previous design?
They look like they fit a bit better in ear, as well.
No they don't. Thise of us with larger ears they look like will fall out easily
Guys I think I'm late to the party, but I just figured out Sal works for Samsung xD
Fun fact, Another problem I'm having right now on my Buds 2 Pro while watching this video is that, everytime I'm turning sideway because of my pillow Buds triggering the volume up & down depending on which side I'm at..
It's so annoying, i think it's happening after new update. I guess .
Fun fact and totally true. My friend has to keep buying new airpods after he shaves. He keeps cutting off the stem with his Henson razor
I just want to see how well this pinching will work when I use the Buds when running. Anyways, Samsung has that patent where I can tab behind my right ear to raise the volume or tab twice the left ear to reduce the sound and that prevents any accidents with the touch pad of the Buds.
This pinching thing will be awesome when we are using hoods in the winter, no accidental touches from our clothes messing with our music ! Good job Samsung !
This design aims to solve mic quality problems because they can put mic at the end of the stick, but I still don't like that design
Buds Live for comfort & safe fit while napping, if only the Mic was better
1:13 they actually both have the transparent lid although its hard to see. On the left you can see that the purple silicon case over the actual buds case is visible through the top
Looks the stem is technically needed for making distance between main mic and the voice focus microphone. While the voice focus is absent in previous buds.
I was hoping for an on ear design like clips we have been seeing with Aftermarket buds.
I hope Samsung keeps the vertical style case like airpods, but stemless. Essentially the Google buds, I feel like that's the best design
Screw everything if you cannot TRACK the Earbuds CASE
Omg thank you! I thought i was the only one it pissed the fuck out of 😂
I hope the hardware is still there for touch controls, and possible to enable in settings - I regularly use the controls with my wrists if my hands are either full or covered in mud, and I dunno about anyone else but I haven't figured out how to pinch with my wrists yet.
If nothing else, I guess I can always pause and skip music from my watch with my nose, but that's a little less convenient. Also my Watch 4 takes a solid few seconds from the time I open up the media manager until it's actually ready to go, though I suspect that's because it has such a weak chipset, and the Watch 7's supposed to be better in that regard.
I really don't like TWS with stem. They just fall whenever I go for run. I was really hoping Samsung will stick to their previous design.
When will they release??
Is the samsung credit thing usa exclusive, is it just in some countries or is it global?
Yeah apparently you can customise and change the colour of the blade lights on each earbud. I think it’s gonna be used for like “glow in the dark” when you’ve lost them or something which is kinda cool.
Imagine your ass is getting saved at work cause Buds Pro 2 doesn't have a stem, and the next thing you know, you bought Buds Pro 3 and has stem, and your supervisor sees it and 😂😂😂😂😂
I really hope St true because I would like to think that Samsung is a smart enough and successful enough company to realize that if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Concept should be taken here, but if it is true, then I guess I’m just going to go a different direction in terms of brand.
Are the stems gonna have touch control? I will buy them IMMEDIATELY
As a Samsung user I find these type of buds more appealing to different types of ears. I for example had the Galaxy Buds Pro, and I find them very uncomfortable for a long time use. The gestures were quite bad as well, when I tapped on the earbud, I felt some extra pressure on my eardrum, so I ended up switching them with the Huawei Freebuds Pro2, earbuds that have a similar shape. So kuddos to them !
Can't wait to hear the announcement of the “revolutionary” pinch gestures.
1:16 Both of these are the same Buds. The one on the right is the standard charging case, the one on the left is the same case with a silicon cover over it. It even clearly says "elago" on the front. A prominent, and well known case manufacturer for Samsung, Apple, and Google products.
How you missed something so painfully simple, calls a lot of your other assumptions into question.
No, that purple thing is a case case and upper portion of the actual case is transparent just like with the pros. The blade lights probably are the black stripes. Half of them is white in the pixelated/artefacted image
Hopefully they'll let us customize the EQ this time
Finally!! I hate rubber ones and I have Samsung everything! Just missing pods
Thank you for this video.
Is there an open-ear design without the rubber?
"samsung took familiar design, and make it their own" im laughing so hard😂
I need a proper pic of the buds 3. I can't wait to see them. They're what I'm most excited for
There's usually a time limit you have to use your credit. They also space out releases enough that it's expired by the time you want to buy anything.
im a samsung guy but i have alway said i dont like stem tip earbuds and im sticking with that i will still with the best sounding earbuds out now my bang and olufsen eq so i will be waiting for the new bang and olufsen eq 2
The purple case is not actually a case but a cover for the original case. It’s a protective cover.
That's definitely the same case with a clear top on both, but the purple one has a 3rd party case over the normal one
Hopefully they are tactile buttons. That's what I like about the Jabra earbuds, but they have officially left the earbuds market
Imma be honest, I really hate the angle stem design for the samsung Buds 3. I was hoping for a similar stem design as airpods. Not only that, but also I dislike the stem has touch press controls, but dont really mind that
If this design will give us comparable anc to airpod pro,i am sold.Airpod anc is so good and much better than earbud pro 2
Although they are copying Apple, I think it’s beyond mic quality… it’s about having balance, the buds 2 were really uncomfortable (at least for me) that’s because they always fell out due to them being too top heavy, thus this way they can disperse the weight and make it sit more comfortably
I think Samsung should copy soundcore and shokz ear wing tip designs with the software and work on bass quality
the non-transparent one is just with the silicon case on it
I’m rocking with Bose ultra open ear bud. They are the best
The non transparent one is just a case over the transparent one
It seems Apple fans moto "Apple does it last but does it better" applies also for... Samsung. The distinctive design and the LED light take the earbuds to the next level, beyond Apple's design. Thanks Hubert Lee you're giving us a lot to hope for for the future!
Samsung is giving Apple a taste of their own medicine, but if the software side isn’t on point knowing Samsung it won’t be it will be just a waste of time. I’ve lost faith in Samsung.
@@corneliusjermainehightower7539 i disagree Samsung software is better than ever and One UI 7 will probably be a radical overhaul too
Not a fan of stem types which is why I use Sony's and Jabra's only but that design from Samsung looks so premium. I might get one.
Adjusting the current buds is really a headache
I usually keep the touch off but then whats the point🤷♂️
Plus the calling in long stem design is fsr better than buds design even cheap earphones have better mic than buds
Almost have to shout so that the person on call can hear me clearly
So this is good
You need to have the case trackable as I've lost mine twice. Please 🙏 fix
Why would they add lights on the pros? Reminds me of those airpod knock offs.
I got the airpod pro 2's for my z fold 5 but i think ill definitely get these
I just want the option to disable auto pause.
I prefer stem style earbuds more because they fit better, so this is an absolute win for me
Sounded like he said "both buds are getting a makeover this year" so the buds are coming out this year? Any rumoms when??? I had the buds pro 1 and loved them so much except id hang up calls when pushing it back in my ear so im happy clicking the stem. Now all I need to do is add the earhook attachment and they wont fall off during a work out
Finally a good design!
I have all the Samsung ecosystem but have to use Airpods Pro because Samsung buds have the most uncomfortable design ever!
I just hope they have a better fit than the Buds 2 Pro. Buds 2 Pro stay nicely in my left ear with a little bit of sliding with extended use. But my right ear is a different story 😢. The Galaxy Buds 2 never stayed in my ears. The Galaxy Buds Plus and Galaxy Buds FE fit perfectly with the largest wing tips, but a short time later, my ears would noticeably hurt where the wings touched.
The only downside of owning a buds 2 pro is that there is no multiconnect feature...
Those are some thick ass buds also like the colors Samsung choice for the case😮
Ficou muito bonito.
These look like Samsung is targeting Cyber Truck owners
"Took a familiar design and made it their own."
And what do you mean by the transparent one could be the Pro version when you'd know Pro and regular have different release dates since forever. Meaning its the same Buds 3! Why would they leak one for 2025 January, when July is not even out yet.
Come on, Sal,
I don't use the controls....I switch them off lol. When i listen to music that's all I do....I don't run, hop, skip or jump. I just shut the world out. But I do think they look nice.
Umm one is in a protective case and one doesn't. Not different. How did you miss that.
Wow, this is indeed great news! I'm pleasantly surprised for once with Samsung. Because Z Fold has been nothing but disappointment for me.
I'm kind of torn. If I can accept the fact that the leaks are true then they do look descent in design. But I also think their older buds just looked way better 😭
Just give me bigger drivers inside these buds and I'm sold. The buds 2 pro sound tinny af and way worse than original buds pro that had 2 massive coaxial drivers
Personally, I like high-tier specs, but I don't really like the look of them still, honestly.
Might stick to the Buds2 Pro when they're on sale.
love the new style. cant wait for it
Buds 3 and 3 pro is very good and lights is impressive :) great video Sal
I like the Buds 1 n 2. They stay in my ear. The ones with stems always push out no matter what tips I try. Phooey.
Also...why have lights on stem? You can't see them.
it's transparent, bro. the other is just in a protective cover
I kinda miss the old design tho
Lights on earbuds are redundant. We can't even see our earbuds when we are wearing it
More importantly, the new Buds supposedly support quality up to 24/96, beating apple to the lossless punch. Airpods only do 24/48 and only with VisionPro.
I just hope it comes in black.
I just want the wing tips back dammit. I don't want it looking like airpods. The entire reason I steered clear of airpods was tk avoid the stems.
I hope they put effort on music/Sound quality I don’t want wanna if it’s reshaped buds pro Man Samsung lately disappointing me nothing existing
Nothing says "stand out" like making a product that looks quite similar (understatement) to your main competitor😒
I love Samsung, but did they pay you for this?
It looks like Huwavei's ear buds really samsung .
I actually prefer the original design.... or even the buds live design
i always wanted buds 2 pro like stuff i already own buds2 pro i wont need next gen i think
May be 7+ years now I have been watching Sal's videos. I would definitely say it took me 7 years to understand he talks in favour of Samsunga always. Samasung phone prices have increased so that they surpassed iPhones prices.. Heck they in sources the whole Operating system and they just do some cosmetic cahnges.. rest everything they take it as is. Wher the hell they are investing and increasing the mobiles rates.. All the Chinese phone which comes more feature and hardware than Samasung are available for just 1/3rd prices. Here in India I don't trust Chinese phones and Don't like Apple phones, and I'm left with only Samasung, I was blind support of this brand and Sal. Not anymore. I really miss Sony and LG brands in India...
Are they gonna show them on 10th?
Really hoped it was not the case with the ugly design, but here we go... In my opinion the original Icon X were the best...
I gotta say I change my mind as well, they dont look bad look like upgrade I'll take them.
I have the LG Tone Free T90Q, One plus 2 Pro and the airpods 2 pro all have sterms. I need sterms. I also have the beats studio buds without a sterm qnd i hate them. They are bulky and uncomfortable. Now Samsung bringing the sterms, i will get a perfect partner for my s24U now
That transparent part looks very fragile
I think i will not upgrade...the bean style is good for me...never into earwax drop type.
Damn! that's beautiful. I just changed my mind as well, loving it, I will definetly buy this, but I'll wait for first to hear everyones feedback🙂
Samsung how about finding a solution to the components that are causing ear infections
Samsung, please move away from Apple designs! I have had every flagship since the S3 Galaxy came out, but I am starting to consider switching because of how bad the chipset is in the Fold 5 compared to the Fold 4, and the S23 Ultra compared to the S24 Ultra. Why are these chips lagging and so slow? They cannot handle more than 6.9 GB of RAM on a 12 GB RAM system! My fold 5 is horrendous compared to my seamless fold 4 not a problem with the ram just the screens splitting on both! Fold 5 was 3 months old treated like a baby and still split! There was a loose patch in the screen when you ran finger over it it hadn't been glued down!
I like them You getting great quality with less the price as Apple
I just want better sound
Unlike many, I prefer earbuds with stems, but I already know that I will not buy or recommend these Galaxy Buds 3 / 3 Pro to my relatives.
Why? Because they won't have multipoint and a standard Hi-Res codec (LDAC).
I'm a fan of Samsung, and that Samsung has an ecosystem with additional features for those in it, ok, good, top, but that Samsung takes away from all those who are not in all the features that are now basic on tws (multipoint, standard Hi-Res codec...), and becomes a closesytem like Apple's 🍏, I'm not in tune with that and will never approve it.
🙏🏽

Man if I got the $5000 then I’m switching to Galaxy. That’s enough for one whole eco system swap
