Appreciate all that you’re doing, what do you feel helps you close more on phone calls. Most people sound annoyed when I call. As if a million people have been calling them before. Even though I show them no intent of trying to buy their property and I’m solely trying to learn.
Establish the reason for the call as soon as you can. Do not tell people why you’re not calling, share why you are. EX) “im not calling to buy..” don’t do this.
