- This is a compilation of Ateez Seonghwa's iconic performance in Wonderland Symphony No.9 (otherwise known as Kingderland). This video shows a bit of the progression of the performance and how Seonghwa has evolved it to be what it is now. Knowing him, he'll be switching it up even more in the future!
My first youtube video! I'm sorry for any inaccuracies! Please let me know if I've gotten anything wrong. I did everything I could to avoid copyright, but I'm a little worried about the Japanese content and Kcon clips. It'll be what it is. Hopefully since it's cut into clips, it won't cause a fuss.
I didn't include fancams in this video, even though there are a few other performances where Seonghwa changed it up. In their most recent Thailand concert, Seonghwa included a sheath with the sword! It was pretty cool. You can look that up on twitter (x) if you want to check that out yourself.

The fact that they changed to sword because they were performing in US is at the same time very kind and respectful but also insane at the same time...
Yeah. I live in the U.S. so I understand it. When I first got into kpop, I was actually a little shocked at how often guns and gunshot sounds were used in their mvs and music. It's a very heavy topic for my community and I had to get used to seeing it in kpop like that.
I just realized I wrote "at the same time" twice lmao
I'm 22 year old European and I saw a real gun ONCE in my life, last year when we went to a shooting range for my sister's birthday. I cannot wrap my head around legalizing guns at all. I've listened to enough true crime to know that living in the US must be traumatizing

I remember being lowkey disappointed when they performed regular Wonderland during Break The Wall Tour in Europe (and US, but I saw them in Germany). We had only the Kingdomland dance break, not even the Jongho highnote... Later they changed it back for the Asian and LatAm Tour but they didn't have Cyberpunk in the setlist soooooooo
I'm American, I would not have minded at all if they had kept the gun. However, the sword looks way more badass imo
