I remember balling my eyes out because Portugal was out...Futre was unlucky, his personality, grit, will to succeed, talent and flair deserved a big stage performance like the likes of Stoichkov and Hagi had in 94, Gazza in 90 and 96, Poborsky and Nedved in 96, Van Basten and Gullit in 88.... He was my childhood hero.... a genuine charismatic superstar and a Good Man!!!!! Salvé Futre!
