This podcast has been my life during this quarantine. The narration and little bits of back ground noise really helps drag someone into the world. So good.

Especially the last story.
I've been out of the loop, having switched to audio books, but something came pulling me back just in time.
That last story has to be my favorite so far. In my 5-6 years listening to youtube stories, and my many more reading horror... that one's my favorite.
And the narration on it was great!

Outstanding performance. The last story was fantastic. Listened to it twice - wanted to catch everything. Left me with a really creepy feeling because something similar happened to me. Truly creepy and the way Jason performed it really brought it to life. Five stars to all!

The third story give me the creep, it is well wrote and well performed by Jason Hill... I always thought Mandela Effect is an odd idea... I guess a great writer can use anything to made me "crab my pant"

The girl the universe forgot, disturbing , haunting and we enjoyed this story even more because we actually live In Tawas city Michigan. Lol it’s a beautiful town right on Tawas Bay and we call this side of the state the sunrise side of Lake Huron. Thank you for including our beautiful town in your wonderful story and we will now constantly be looking for Eve around every corner here and in every cemetery we visit for the group find a grave . As usual Jason Hill executed the delivery of this tale in utter perfection.
Ironically, the garbage hoarder story is really beautiful. (I name spiders :)

@@SoopDwagg Omgosh yes my friend had to move into an apartment. Till her house was done she didn't know it but there was bed bugs . I freaked out i never went there would not let her in my house . Just thinking about it i get sick . She lost everything she had . And she had some beatuiful stuff . And the landlord would not do nothing for her . She would sleep in her car at night . So i looked them up wow. I will take cockroaches anyday . I dont want nothing . But bed bugs you are screwed if you get them . She cried and cried but i could not let her in my house . 😦

Storage facilities make me uncomfortable, too. My mom is on a committee that has a unit at an indoor place that is 24-hours if you rent there. She's the person with the key, so when they need something, it always falls on us to go get it. It always seems to be late at night when I've gone with her, and it's such a freaky place.
The desolate lobby, the dingy elevator, the dark halls with their automatic lights that only illuminate a small area... They feel like a spotlight showing hidden monsters where their next meal is.
Spend too long looking for something in the unit and the lights go out, jfc it's the worst.
You even made the 'paid advertisements' sound rather... Chilling.
I was totally engaged. I might even check-out one of those services.

“The Girl the Universe Forgot” is the first fictional story in ages that deeply unsettled me. Truly frightening shit. That was kinda unexpected.
I think the writer may have misunderstood the Mandela Effect though. I mean, in reality it's collective false memories but even within the paranormal explanation Eve is fine; it's the narrator and Tyler that have been effected. Eve continues on in the universe where she exists while Tyler and the narrator have been yanked into the universe where she never did. Similarly the versions of them that existed in that universe are now wondering who this girl is that their friends all claim they've always known.
I did one of these clean ups once. Once was enough for me. I can see this scene so clearly.
I loved all 3 of these stories ESPECIALLY the 3rd! I felt like that since Twilight Zones Rob Sterling which is now Rob Serling. Both me and my dad are heavy Twilight Zone fans and remember it that way.
I feel a lot of sadness for cats that are doomed to live and die in a hoarder house

Did you just break off due to scheduling or wanting to make different content, or was it something more serious? Ive been keeping up to date in all the news, but it seems like he left late 2018? If you have any info or links to where you talked about that, I’d appreciate it!👍
G.M. is doing his own thing on his channel. We've invited him to participate again, but we've not been able to negotiate anything to a conclusion. He seems content to do what he's doing apart from us at the moment.

Maybe the reason why EVE was so quiet and shy was bc she realized that something was wrong but couldn't understand it. If it's snowy and your all taking a picture where would a bee come from? They come out in the spring. I would try to find out what that car was track for her mom. Maybe it'll help
I always thought the Mandela Effect was a dumb idea made up by people who don't accept that our memory is full of false events we created by filling in the blanks and we are prone to make many mistakes based on how we interpret and try to see the past. The story however was good and made me think of friends that moved away during my younger years but seem to have no trace anymore beyond the yearbook.
Imagine you are getting told that a deceased relative has thousand bucks for you waiting in his house, and you can come and get that money.
But he was a compulsive hoarder, and he never trusted banks and therefore all the money is somewhere in his house - in 1$ notes stuffed randomly between his collection of every leaflet letter and advertisement collected since 1910 amidst several thousand cans of rotting catfood...
Well every good hoarder runs a tight ship with logistics lists showing exactly how many tons of rotting trash are stored in every room which might give a hint of where the money is, because one can never be too sure when important things like an empty can will be useful again some day.
Unfortunately this list showing where the money might be, is in a different room, and stuffed somewhere between several tons of old newspapers stored in the hoarders bedroom because one can never be sure when the page with the TV program from December 3rd 1978 might come in handy again!
The bedroom door cannot be opened anymore because one of the newspaper towers reaching from floor to ceiling has collapsed and is now blocking the door. But the hoarder found another good use for that now blocked room by throwing cans of rotting catfood and empty beer bottles through the small door gap since 1960 to still be able to give the room good use and meaning and to still be able to fill the room up somehow in anti-decluttering anti-minimalism-style........

I work for a transportation agency in Michigan for funeral homes and the medical examiner/hospitals. We also clean up hoarding and bio clean UPS. I can't really relate to the first story. Over the past 2 years working there it's made see his view points at the start.
My own Mandela effect: Anyone else remember the "Bizarre Foods" guy being named Zimmerman? Cause apparently his name is Zimern
A Christmas Carol was quite intriguing. I've never heard of those creatures but did look it up and ran across Frau Perchta. Pretty creepy creature. I thoroughly enjoyed the tale and was thankful that it wasn't a spin off on a tale that I have heard a thousand times. Well played and relevant to today's issues. It's very sad to think that these women think that they have finally gotten a way out of these situations only to get put in one just as bad if not worse due to the greed of others. Very sad. God bless all the people in these situations because let's face it folks these situations are not relegated to women. Men, women, and children have all been touched by this issue. For Christmas and New Years we should all pray that these people find their way back to people who love them. I did not say home because let's face it home may be a place that some people are trying to escape from so let's pray they find a way back to a safe and loving environment. God bless all this holiday season!!! 🎄

I do remember king tut's mask with ONLY the snake, Mandela dying in the 90's, and a few other things that i have seen on youtube about the Mandela effect. I am not joking either. even some of my friends remember some of the effects. In 20 years will the twin towers still be standing?

Polish/Slavic parents and grandparents will scare the crap out of kids with mythical creatures in order to keep them well mannered.
I wanted to introduce Krampus to my kids, but my husband vetoed the idea bc he fears the kids will end up sleeping in our room until they’re teenagers. I was threatened all the time with child drowning mermaids and women who waited until the heat of the day to kill you if you didn’t come in to rest. I turned out mostly fine!
But her existence probably does exist just lead to a different state and town. Her parents were changed towards a different place.
