The cartoons intermingled in these stories don't add a thing except making a farce, a comic, of these murderous adventures. If small YT channels can get a hold of actual crime photos and videos, Court TV should be able to manage it. The childish illustrations are a lazy way out.

I was abused and if my bro/sis came to me saying I might be guilty I’d run right to the police’s station. 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk we all act differently under these circumstances but she seemed guilty. Once the defense put Stacey up there with the long story about rape by her father who's dead, apparently never raped her sister, just her, anyway I new they didn't have anything else, where was the prosecution with all the bank records that only these two siblings were pilfering mom's account's, that's how these 2 got caught in the 1st place, the 'new kid on the block' as the smart*ss defense attorney called the detective who put a freeze on the accounts because of what the other sister had asked him, 'who is stealing funds from my mother?' If I were on that jury hearing 2 siblings stealing and mom's buried in the back yard of 1 of the thieves, GUILTY!! Even if she was involved more than was represented by her lawyer, the burden of proof is on the prosecution, and the evidence to meet that burden, is supposed to be properly investigated by the detectives involved! The jury was absolutely correct in their verdict, because there was plenty of reasonable doubt! I am glad that she walked free! I feel like anything she may have, in reality, been responsible for, may have been due to the fact that her brother looks so much like her father, and she still felt burdened and under control from him, or as they referred to their father “it” or “the monster”!!!!

It never fails, people always end up exposing themselves as a suspect in a crime by making suspicious financial decisions that clearly aren’t decisions of innocent people…
Do these people not spend any time whatsoever on how their actions could potentially appear to investigators or other individuals involved?
Like, “we just reported mom missing, and we want them to think we aren’t involved in any sort of criminal activity, so let’s act like we already know that mom is never coming back and spend all of her money and sell all of her possessions.”
    Brilliant

I think there’s a possibility she helped but the detective didn’t get any solid evidence. They should of sent the tape in for testing instead of relying on his plea agreement testimony. I can see why she’d have that hatred for her father and mother. Her mother let her daughter get raped. Her mother knew what was going on. She could of called the police. It’s all really sad. If rikki jr killed his dad then did the mother know? Cause they moved on from it like nothing happened.
I hope the kids get mental health treatment and move past this together.

She loves her brother but was so evil that she allowed her attorney to refer to him as crazy Ricky in order to stay out of prison. She was in on it. I think she told her lawyer what happened and worked out the best way to get away with it

I can't stand to watch these stories with crazy parents and both the mother and father were crazy and both failed their children. Stand up for yourself and your children and have some dignity. I'd have let the son and daughter off for the death of both parents. I do like your artwork and graphics though and that is what kept me. Very stylish. Good 'Show and Tell' with your story telling.

The context of DV has changed over time. There weren't resources, police procedures, or judicial policies to help & support DV victims back then. The mom probably did best she could just to keep the children and herself alive.

Had I known my grandfather had r*ped my mother before he died, I can tell you that I would've k**led him before Alzheimer's took him at 93. You can be of sound mind and do something in defense of another, but i don't believe for a second that sister is innocent. I was 15 when i had the chance and didn't know then what i know now. But you can believe, as a completely sane adult, i would have done it in a heartbeat. She, my mother herself, told me that that is the exact reason she didn't tell me then.

Shame on this defense attorney, she knows darn well that her client killed her parents.
    It's sickening!!!
I believe that many defense attorneys are just evil people.
I get why the father was executed but for the mom, I believe it was 75% financial gain, 25% punishment for not getting out of the marriage in order to save her children from the abuse.
To kill the mom who was abused and was scared to leave, only to murder her for money, is a evil that I can't comprehend.
