Okay, so the camera picture's are a smidge better, So what! The S23 Ultra has the faster ram performance, faster USB type C data speeds, faster scrolling speeds, better screen, bigger screen, better speakers, fast 45 watt charging vs their 25 watt charging, better muti tasking, better file management systems, and most importantly, the battery out last the 15 Pro Max by 4 hours. The 15 Pro Max battery test shows that tge battery life of the new 15 is worse than the 14 Pro Max on a "3nm" architecture at that. Where did the efficiency go? Personally, forget the Apple marketing hype, and their little paid puppets that call themselves pro tech reviewers, stick with this gen and wait it out. You'll be glad you did.
We await the speed tests. I think the iPhone is using super fast RAM, around 6600mHz which is I assume what the S23U uses? Tests show the speed of the USB is 3.2 Gen 2. Is the S23U faster? No way the S23U gets 4hrs more SOT, but I will wait for a battery test. According to Dave2D it is better than the iPhone 14PM and 13PM! No idea what test you say indicates that? I think you will be backtracking in a few days. But if you are right I apologise now.
@@andyH_England @amfrepo The S23U uses LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Apple uses nVME, which is older and very slow. There isn’t a reason. Waste of money. The battery difference will be negligible and so will any noticeable performance upgrades. The upgrade is worth it for the 13 line and back. If someone pays 1200 dollars to upgrade their 14 pro max, I’ll say they make bad financial decisions.

I hope Apple do a software update allow a double press of the action button, to allow a second, different action, like the side button.
And according to 4 major tech sites the battery is exactly the same as the 14 Pro Max. Some tech sites are claiming 6 hours of real world usage. So, we shall see. Also, iOS is a disaster. It's not big phone friendly. Customization is still an issue, and you can't fast charge. Reap world performance test matters. Not synthetic bench marks.
@@JohnTaylor-bd1uy True about RAM and UFS 4. We await speedtests that will show how fast Apple's own implementation of the slower RAM and storage is versus the headline-grabbing S23U?
Samsung is charging just as much for their phones. The ecosystems of Android and Apple will never intersect as they are meant for two different shoppers. It's no secret that Android has had certain tech on it that iPhone is just now implementing but when it comes to privacy, phone value and availability of software updates Android(s) lack.
Can someone justify why one should pay 30% more for 15 pro max, instead of buying 14 pro max?
Better battery and better zoom
@@GreatJ77 well, I over last 10 years I think I used zoom less than a 100 times, not a big deal for me (and 90% of the ppl I guess). The batter is slightly better. But again, does it really worth to pay 30% more?
There isn’t a reason. Waste of money. The battery difference will be negligible and so will any noticeable performance upgrades. The upgrade is worth it for the 13 line and back. If someone pays 1200 dollars to upgrade their 14 pro max, I’ll say they make bad financial decisions.
They aren’t charging more. It’s same price last year for 256gb. They just eliminated the 128gb version
The problem with this channel is that it is far too dithyrambic when it comes to an Apple product, it almost never has a defect.
There was a time when Cnet was a reference, but their bias (very often even useless) in favor of Apple killed any confidence in this media 🤦🏽♂️
Not really worth upgrade for an usb c port as thats the only major change i can see as the titanium really isnt a big deal slightly lighter but cant see it with case on as most everyone does unless you are a tech reviewer
Nothing exciting to be honest. Lighter, action button, bland colors, 5x zoom is worth the upgrade 🤔
Hadn't had an iPhone for years!
Pixel also can use main camera & edit it into potrait then adjust the bokeh also the focus.
4:3 photo :/
Jeeezz.
A required USB Type C is considered an upgrade ? 😂 A feature that's been on Androids for years. You are kidding, right ?!
And a button that you can customize? Again, a feature on Android for years.
Really, the iPhone quality isn't that great. Trying to give a trophy to Apple. I get it. I can see what you're doing and its obvious. Paid advertisment.
USBC is an upgrade for iPhone users and 85-90% of people buying an iPhone already come from an iPhone.
The 14 Pro is waay stronger than the 15 Pro….weird 💭🤷🏻♂️
lol 😂
I need the iphone 15 pro max 😢😢, i ain't got no money
I bought my iphone 15 pro max 512gb blue titanium. can't wait to get it in a few weeks
I'm waiting for someone to finally open an iphone 15 pro max to just see how repairable it is compared to previous models.
My❤!!!
What do you mean same price? 💀
All three models are cheaper in the UK than last year!
the 15, 15 plus and pro are the same price from last year. are you that broke?
@@user-hj1rs2pk8o i personally buy pro max 😌 i was refering to that fact that in most of europe it’s 1500
The worlds richest company comes up with minor changes and thinks that is groundbreaking .
Apple Photos doesn’t even let you easily see and sort by file size, because modern corporate criminals. So what sense is this USB-C fast transfer speed when can’t even understand what you are sending? Lunacy
