In addition to exercises, walking please start
1. Drinking Ash gourd juice in empty stomach in the mornings
2. Eat only gluten free food
I.e. free from maida, wheat, suji, barley
3. Eat jawar, bajra rotis, , ragi , brown rice, vegetables, greens , fruits
4. U can use jaggery instead of sugar
5. Drink turmeric milk before going to sleep
All these help in activate the intestine linings , easy digestion, metabolism and healing the inflamations inside the body , reducing weight .
