Black Smokey Eye Using The Blackest Black Eyeshadow/Urban Decay Blackout/Beginner Friendly

Hey Y'all! In this video I am creating a black smokey eye using what is labeled as the blackest black eyeshadow from Urban Decay. This eyeshadow is rich, bold and BLACK! I love it!! Having hooded lids and a puffy transition area, taking my lid shades into the crease and up to the transition area, was a game changer for me. I love a dark eye look and a dark lip.
