Is there just one builder for the entire community? I absolutely HATE the contemporary style of homes presented. The Royal Palm community has BEAUTIFUL homes.

Yes. Lotus Palm 🪷 is strictly a GL Homes community. Everything looks VERY uniform and consistent here. The Royal Palm area is very beautiful! I agree.

Horrible... everything looks the same....it was good back then when in Lotus a Polynesia was $750k... not worth it at these prices...

A lot of people missed out on those prices unfortunately. Everything has nearly doubled in the past few years. Lotus Palm was quickly sold out and now Lotus Edge is getting there too. Thank you for commenting though. I love hearing others opinions. I love the older neighborhoods around central and east Boca.
