- Did you catch this in 10 Cloverfield Lane? After a heated disagreement with her ex-fiancee Ben, who doesn't really show up in the film, Michelle leaves her house abruptly in the opening scene of 10 Cloverfield Lane. However, Ben does call her just before the accident, pleading with her to speak to him and go home. The voice may sound a little familiar because it is in fact Bradley Cooper, a multiple Oscar nominee. Producer J.J. Abrams reportedly asked Cooper for a favor when the part went uncast, and Cooper reportedly accepted. Although it is not overtly obtrusive, once you see it, you cannot unsee it.
howard is really a bad person! he kidnapped a girl from his daughter's school and killed her! the little girl entered the duct and her blood shows that she tried to escape she used her earring to scratch the glass asking for help! the fact that there isn't a body is because he probably dumped her in the acid vat.... however if it happened earlier it's likely he just took it off...... the guy is cold as ice he shot the guy in the head inside the bunker and went to eat ice cream cone! when i watched this movie before i thought the bunker owner was just under severe stress....and when he shot the guy i thought he was just protecting himself and michelle....more when you pay attention to everything you see that guy is evil!
I thought Howard was a person who just cared a lot for his bunker and wanted some survivors to accompany him and he does miscommunication with others but the moment he shot Emmett and felt nothing I knew he also killed that school girl when she was in the bunker, and I was sure that he was a bad guy.
Howard could have been a good guy if he wasn't involved with that school girl and killing Emmett but he was..
.Howard was a good manipulator too, he really did convince both Emmett and Michelle that the air was contaminated but in reality there was an ET attack on the planet.
