Yes absolutely amazing.. He can talk comfortably with that crazy pace 3:40 min/km
tell me about it, his 10k time is worse than my 5k by only like 5 minutes LOL it just shows how much work i need to put into my training

Pissing me off about running some people are just natural.. I bench press 320lbs/145kg when I was 19 with no much training ... yet I bleed 45min 10k ...

Never knew I’d see someone casually run a 2:35 marathon.
Pretty much anyone who is in shape to run a 2:25 should be able to "casually" run a 2:35

WHAT THE HELL! My fastest 5k race was around 21 minutes and you're telling me he can run ths first 5 kilometers in 18 MINUTES while talking on a GoPro.

I ran 2:48 and felt pretty strong for the first 2 hours but WOW you make 5:55 pace look sooo easy haha

Running the first 5k in 18:00 so casually and talking with no short of breath is about as depressing as it gets.
4:38:37 1st marathon and it was incredible. Atmosphere and crowds were amazing.

I've entered a marathon in August to try and get GFA for next year again. I absolutely LOVE the London Marathon, there really is NOTHING like it.
Have done 2.57 & 2.58 in 2014 and I think I'm in shape to make it again. Fingers crossed.

Hey Ben. Flew in from Canada to run the London last weekend. What a blast!! The atmosphere was brilliant and the crowds were so supportive. I struggled in the last half with some aches in my right leg, but finished! Thanks for letting me relive it through your video. You’re such a positive energy.
