For the price of things, this bike it absolutely incredible. I am considering buying this or a Scott Patron Ultimate 2023. I know there is a bit of a price difference between the 2, but should I save my money to get this? Part of me is put off by carbon as well. It can break nastily and may result in frame replacement which is costly
Hi mate , enjoying yours vids on this bike! How are you still finding it? Any issues so far? What weight spring did yours come with and what weight are you and sag % did you get. Thank you
Thanks😀 yes i still love it, no problems so far👍 i did not check the sag, just changed the settings by feeling. I am 65 kg, i can check the spring, dont know of by heart
What dimensions and stroke does the shock have in the bike? I can't find anything about the dimensions of the damper online. The stroke is especially important for me to know.
@@MathisMotionPictures With a suspension fork, the “stroke” would be the travel, i.e. how far the standpipes deflect. However, with a rear triangle there is a gear ratio. For example, if you have 160mm travel, the shock only has a stroke of 65mm. And with this 65mm stroke, the rear triangle generates 160mm of travel. For example, a damper has the information "205x65", which means that the installation dimensions are 205mm and the stroke is 65mm. I wrote an email to Haibike and asked, so I don't need the answer anymore. The installation dimensions of the damper in the Haibike NDuro 8, 7 and 6 are "225x75". But thanks anyway.
that is not so easy to say, but at one specific ride i did on max power mode i did about 1700 vertical meters and 40 kilometers. of couse with less vertical i get further. i will make a video on this aswell when i get the time...
Thank you for the review 🙏

how do you feel about the steering angle with the doube crown fork ohlins?
i got used to it quick, but can definitely be a deal breaker for others. depends on what you will want to ride...
hey daniel It's only noticeable when you push it by hand when you want to turn it... (my experience after two months)
