Mainpat is a famous tourist destination of Chhattisgarh state as well as a very beautiful hill station. It is also called Shimla of Chhattisgarh. but my opinion is mainpat name is self brand. no need call shimla of cg.The nearest major city and railway station is Ambikapur, which is located at a distance of 55 km. The distance of this place from the capital Raipur is about 350 kilometers. Apart from Chhattisgarh, tourists from West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh come here for a huge holiday. Getting here in Rental car is considered to be the most convenient because after coming to this place, you have to visit 10 to 15 major tourist places, in which only 80 to 100 kilometers can be traveled in Manpat.
