Please in your next Dallas update please don't forget to mention the majority-black suburbs in southern Dallas DeSoto Lancaster and Cedar Hill Texas. These suburbs are just as good as the ones up north and you can be around people that look like you

@taelormadex yes it's crazy to me that most of the new people to Dallas never travel to the southern end of Dallas. I hear a lot of people complain when they moved to north Dallas about the lack of black people. People don't understand that Dallas is still basically a segregated City most black people live on the south end of Dallas and the suburbs on that end are black. A lot of rich and well to do black people in these suburbs. I think 90% of the businesses in DeSoto alone are black-owned. It's kind of like a mini Atlanta in that area.

Mom here looking to move to Dallas. I’ve been scrolling looking at the apartments and the prices are outrageous. Looking for a safe and affordable area for my children and I. Definitely considering their education so a great school is a must.
Yeah the prices have changed drastically since I made this video. There’s a housing shortage!

Lmaoo every time I watch these videos on moving to Dallas ppl keep saying 1500 a lot for rent. When you from the east cost Dc to New York that’s cheap 😭😭
Addison 15mins from downtown Dallas. On a good day that's not 15mins away. No traffic on the weekend maybe 20mins. On a weekday with traffic that's easily an hour with no accidents. Add an accident, could end up being 1hr 30mins if you work downtown Dallas. Keep in mind the traffic is crazy awful in DFW so look into places not too far from your job

Las Colinas is a really great area, very vibrant. Irving gives me more dated vibes but it is a popular area as well!

I can always tell when people are transplant to Dallas Tx, they never travel to the southern part of Dallas. Or know where to hangout .Most transplants, listen to other transplants, that only know the area because of proximity of the job. I'm born and raised in Dallas, so I know. Hmm
