Here’s (a. pretty rushed) Day 2 of The #1minutechallenge , a collaboration with 31 different visual artists ranging from photography to animation. The idea is to make one minute of music/Sound Design a day throughout a month, inspired by pieces by these artists. Today I worked on this photograph by my friend, Colombian photographer @gregoriodiazdg
For this piece, I took inspiration in the contrast between the faces and expressions portrayed in the picture; The oblivious pedestrians, seem upset, worried or exhausted. The musician, however, expresses calmness, dedication and passion as he hustles with his instrument in the hectic streets of Bogotá. Gracias Gregorio!
