Hi, I don't
But it was probably something like
Beginner:
Max Sharpened Axe, Gilded Sword, Lucky Clover
Journeyman:
Max Two Punch Man, Lucky Hit
The rest in Lucky Horseshoe
In Star Talents, try to get lvl 100 Dungeonic Damage and run some dungeons to boost it up (I had the 1k breakpoint there probably).

why not using the Indiana attack ability? it hits from distance

Hi there, I know it is ranged, but if I remember right, it had lower damage than normal attacks, at least at the time of recording the video.

it pulls them closer, without enough armour, you one shot your self.

hmm, can't help u much since I have not played the game for quite some time and did the quest just once. But it might be some bug in the game, so try reporting it to the dev.
Or, if possible, try to position urselve further away from the place where the Hours spawn.
