We took a day trip out to Palm Desert, CA to play some golf at my old high school stomping grounds. The course of choice was Desert Willow Golf Resort.
Desert Willow has two courses, Firecliff and Mountain View. We play Mountain View in this series. This course was in good shape and the greens we're rolling at an 11. Mountain View is the easier of the two courses but still presents plenty of trouble.
We had a fantastic time at Desert Willow even though we were spent by the end of the day. With the heat in the mid 90's it was HOT but well worth it. This place looked amazing from the air!
