Rome, Pilgrimage to the Colosseum, the temple with the relic of St. Helen, Villa Borghese

We continue our journey to Rome and go to the famous Colosseum. This place is a place of pilgrimage as hundreds of Christians were martyred for their faith, presenting a sickening sight to the Roman pagans who watched them being devoured by wild beasts and other perverted sights. We go up to the Capitol Hill with the magnificent temple that has the relic of St. Helen, the mother of Constantine the Great. The colosseum is amazing to see. It makes me think of the Bible story Daniel in the lions den.
Rome's trees are so manicured like they have nature under man's control. The buildings are ornate and opulent.
