From Henley to Rio: the Canadian Women's 8+

The Canadian Women's 8+, racing as Western Rowing Club, Canada won the Remenham Challenge Cup at the 2015 Henley Royal Regatta. We went out to Varese, Italy at the first World Cup of 2016 to speak to them and find out more about about their preparation for the 2016 Olympics in Rio and how their Henley campaign in 2015 has helped them along that path.
