I Love Dr. West but don't think he has a chance. If he on the ballot he got my vote. The things this man says & aspire America 2 b is also my vision. Treat everyone w/dignity & respect. Treat others as u wld want 2 b treated is how my grandmother raised me. We r all human, none of us r perfect but we still must Love eachother & care 4 the commonwealth of all man. I live by this everyday. I still continue 2 have hope 4 America & the world but at times it seems impossible. The evil/hypocrisy n this world is prevalent. But I've seen a lot of Love/goodness too. We must not give up, keep fightin.
The good thing is though that this is movement politics. The electoral system is meaningless except as a tool to put pressure on legislators to serve the peoples' interests. Since we already know that neither of the two dominant parties EVER serve the peoples' interests, it is time to starve them of power and legitimacy by putting our votes elsewhere. The real change always comes from the grassroots. No matter how far West gets in this election, any and all disruption to the status quo is a win for the working class. However, if you didn't know, the MAJORITY of voters are Independents at 47%. Dems are only 24% and Republicans are only 22%. And 52% of registered Democrats polled last month said they are actively considering a third party for 2024. Add that to the 100M eligible voters that don't vote at all and the numbers are *most definitely* on our side.
But for those who are freaking out over the old- and much-debunked "spoiler" trope, I just tell them then don't split the vote! Come West. After all, a vote for Jim Crow Joe Biden is a vote for Trump. Enough of empowering the white moderate already! He also talks about mass incarceration when there are 49 million Black Americans and only 1.6 million are in jail. The U.S. doesn't mass incarcerate anyone.

He makes me want to follow up on this fellowship interview and let them know why I spoke so rapidly - because of my condition but my condition needs to be represented my perspective needs to be represented and trained. I really enjoy to see Dr. west talk. This guy is worth more than my vote. The intellect, the communication, and his sense of humor just beautiful.
What about policies? All that is good but look at Obama he was all talk and only ended up benefitting the rich.

An hour interview isn’t long enough. The issue that plagues our people need to be addressed in it’s entirety. Thanks God for men of honor such as Dr. West.
