Idk if it was a bug or not but when I tested out Grimmjow you could dash cancel Cero Counter during wind up and during move. The dash cancel even worked real game.
When your enemy which is using grimmjow uses either his gran ray cero or his Adam assist, just go behind them 1.5 seconds before the move procs, it usually works.
I feel like they should make Hierro just let you spend your evasive for a defense boost or smth. Cuz you're prob gonna evade the moment you get it unless you're almost at the end of the combo, and the 20% reduction isn't enough to make it worth not evading.
On release grimmjow was a menace in publics His adam assists was gran rey so me and 2 other grimmjows hit a guy with 6 gran rey all at once limit broken
If you don't want to deal with this, I recommend waiting until the patch comes out and for him to be nerfed to heck, This is what I do each update so I don't go insane

I think hierro is extremely situational, moves that you can evasive from like old character grabs and hierro procs is pretty good.
