11/11/21: I agree about cleaning your meat beforehand. Meat passes too many hands before it's actually packaged.
The meat is cooked long enough at temp cleaning is not needed .
In fact it's been proven that cleaning raw Meats end up leaving more bacteria in your sink and surroundings , generally not recommended this is an old school idea that is worthless

My memories of my grandmother is ham soup or milk rice soup with homemade hot chocolate (Yellow wrap) cube chocolate and whipped cream delicious and the bistec con cebolla is one of my favorite food

I made the mofongo already and wow it was a hit in my house! Although I grew up on many these recipes I never attempted them all. So thank you for showing us step by step.
