Can someone help me translate this plz? If My french is correct he is saying " I dance like a carrot and I eat like Gavotte (a tipe of dance in france)" And he switches now and then. Am I correct??
Nop, but almost. Yes, he switches but :
He says literally "I dance the carrot". Not like he makes the carrot dance, but he dances as there was a dance style name "Carrot".
And in this same way he says literally : "I eat the Gavotte". And here, this is because the Gavotte is not only a dance style (fact I didn't know until now, thank you stranger) but also the name of ... a biscuit. So there is a lil' pun here.
And why does it talk about carrots ? Well, just for the rhyme. And it let a beautiful final product.

And I eat the carrot
but he switch between cavotte and carrot near the end.
As an English speaker from England I find the difference between the G and C here almost impossible to tell. XD
